Each year, the ranks of runners is increasing, when the weather becomes warmer jogging becomes one of the most popular and favorite sport outside. Jogging is one of the best ways to maintain a nice and firm figure. Although many think that it is very boring and a monotonous sport, believe me when I say it is far from it! Running properly can easily, without major financial contributions do you and your body a lot of benefits: it not only embellishes the forms but also strengthens your circulatory system.

Morning Jogging increases your mood, provides energy for the morning, it is easier to run in the morning , because we are refreshed and full of energy after the night's sleep.

On the other hand, evening jogging provides extra energy, reduces appetite (if you run a very long distance), calories that have been eaten throughout the day are used when jogging. Before each Jog, you have to make sure you warm-up and stretch. This increases your results and prevents injuries. Breathing is extremely important when jogging. You should inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, this will lead to more air entering your body and your body will absorb more oxygen.

Everyone should find the correct frequency of breaths. If it becomes difficult to run, make sure you walk a little and slowly go back to jogging. If you want to lose weight jogging should last at least 20 minutes, because the body begins to burn fat only after 30 minutes of intense physical activity. Of course this will be difficult for the begginers. However if you increase the distance and speed daily, you are on the right track!

Jogging can achieve very good results: to enhance the immune system, to beautify the body lines, it strengthens the heart muscle and reduces fat levels, improves blood circulation, increases lung capacity, improves mood and reduces perceived stress.

Jogging is not only healthy but it's a great way to relax after a busy day. It's so fun to jog in the park or forest in good weather; of course good company beside you can make this activity much more enjoyable. When jogging, negative emotions are usually thrown out, what can be better?
