Everyone knows that daily exercise has many benefits. However, can everyone tell me exactly how it helps us apart from feeling great?

Keeping this in mind I will remind you of all the main reasons. Perhaps by knowing this information, your motivation will increase.

It has been proven that regular exercise reduces heart disease and stroke, high blood pressure, type II (acquired) diabetes, obesity, back pain, osteoporosis. It also can lift your mood up and make it easier to overcome stress.

Daily exercise helps to prevent heart disease and stroke because it strengthens the heart muscle , lowers blood pressure , increases high-density lipoprotein (HDL , in other words - the good cholesterol) and lowers low-density lipoprotein ( LDL, in other words - bad cholesterol) , improves blood circulation and increases the working capacity of the heart . Also reduces obesity and helps prevent Type II diabetes risk. Furthermore, controls glucose levels in blood.

Exercise reduces body fat because of growing or preserved intact muscle mass. While improving the ability to use the body but not necessarily add calories. When the exercise is combined with right nutrition , it can help control weight and prevent obesity , which is known to increase a major risk of many diseases. Regular exercise helps prevent back pain by enhancing muscles , improves endurance, posture and increases flexibility. Regular bone pressure from the exercise promotes bone formation and may help prevent age- related pain in bones.

To achieve visible results, it is recommended to perform all body exercises 3-4 times a week. It only takes one hour of your time.

If you have not recently participated in any physical activities, it is better to start with less energy requiring activities, such as; 5 minutes walking at a pace that suits you or 10 minutes jogging. Starting with a slow pace, your physical condition will slowly improve. When you are in a better shape, you can and should gradually move to more complex activities.

Some people do exercises in the morning, while others do not. Everyone has their own opinion on this matter.

However, morning exercise advantages are incredible; there are no arguments. By doing morning exercises we are sending the body signals that it is time to wake up. This helps individuals to respond better to various mental and physical stimuli during the day.
